PAC ISHD751 CarConnect has failed over 3 times for the same bluetooth problem.
On April 2018 I bought "PAC ISHD751 CarConnect Full Integration BT with HF Calling for Select Honda" from Amazon, before the first month was over the product failed as it had defects. The problem seemed to stem from the internal bluetooth inside of the product complete failure. When working a blue light would illuminate inside the device. On May of 2018 I received a refund from Amazon and I purchased another "PAC ISHD751 Carconnect Full Integration BT with HF Calling for Select Honda" as I was interested in using the product for my vehicle.
-After less than one year (approximately March 2019) the 2nd product failed once again for the exact same problem. I contacted *** Corporation (PAC) a division of AAMP of America which Amazon confirmed were the sellers of the product. I emailed them about the issue and after a few correspondence emails they agreed to replace the product that lasted less than one year. The replacement product was sent on April 2019.
-Once again after less than one year the 2nd replacement product failed for the exact same reason. I contacted PAC (AAMP of America) in December of 2019 and I explain to them the exact same issue was happening. The bluetooth inside the product was defective. They agreed to replace the product. I received another replacement (3rd replacement) on December of 2019.
-The 3rd replacement once again failed sometime around March of this year for the exact same bluetooth problems. In my email (July 2020) too PAC or AAMP of America I even query as to why this product had so many known issues with the bluetooth and not getting addressed properly. This time customer service representative said a replacement was sent on March 2019 and it puts it out of warranty. I asked for a manager to reach out as I was not satisfied. A manager later wrote: "Sir, Your original date of purchase is over 2 years ago and is beyond any warranty period. We did replace your unit a second time after warranty expired as a Customer Service; no further warranty service is available to you"
The manager failed to address as to why this product fails before the one year is over. I was not looking to get money back as I was interested in a product that worked beyond the warranty period. This product clearly does not and it will never worked beyond one year as proof of my failed products. It is ashamed PAC a division of AAMP of America under the umbrella of AAMP Global has products in their inventory that deceived consumers in thinking the product will perform as design when in reality are complete failures. Seeking refund $95.14.

The company said they were going to refund me the money, to which I accept. To this day September 1st I have not received said refund.
Refund was requested but processing was delayed; refund will be issued this week.
