I ordered a shirt on 4/14. I never received my order. I emailed 6x called the customer service number they dont answer etc. USPS shows that the label was printed but the product never made it to the mail. Buys Beware Do not Buy from them.

I order grey sweatpants in a 2xl & when the product was sent to me they sent me xl/ So I go online & request a return label & they never got back to me/ I tried to email them & for some reason they will not let me send a message to them but always get advertisements ads which make no sense/ I've tried calling & leaving a message but they don't return any phone calls.

All I want at this point is my $$$ gave this company

Review: On **Feb 2014, I placed an order online ([redacted].com) from The African American College Alliance for a hooded pullover sweatshirt. Since about **Feb the same message appears on the website regarding my order (Order# **) which is "This order has already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing. Therefore this order is no longer editable". I have tried to contact this business by telephone on several occasions but left a message three times. When I call their number (###-###-####) and press the prompt to speak with customer service, I am automatically transferred to an answering machine. I also sent them a message through their Facebook page on **Feb but no one has contacted me. I have no idea how to contact them to at least get a status of my order since it has been almost a month since I ordered. I just want the product that I ordered or at least be able to speak with someone to get a status.Desired Settlement: I just want the product that I ordered or at least have someone contact me to give me an estimated timeframe of delivery.
