I employed AABA to prepare my taxes for the tax year of 2009 and thought the service was performed according to government required standards. In 2011 the IRS requested additional information because the taxes weren't filed correctly. Apparently, [redacted] had input wrong information which caused me to pay an additional $1,608.62 for undisclosed funds. As a consumer, I expected [redacted] to prepare my taxes correctly. His inability to do this caused me hardship. After my own extended research, invested time and multiple correspondences with [redacted], I was able to have the IRS waive all added interest.
