everyone else is. In April [redacted] filled a false report for a anti harassment order and the other person asked if I would write a statement about what I had seen. And I wrote the statement telling what I had seen and it was [redacted] lying in her statement not the other party. This anti harassment case is in appeal at this time due to the Lower District Court not looking at all of the facts in the case. I took [redacted] before the Judge of Lower District Court and told the Judge what was going on and asked him to exonerate the bail bond. I also told the Judge that [redacted] had made all of her court dates but one. The judge then let [redacted] go on PR (personal recognizance) and exonerated the bail bond. I went out of my way to help her so she would not be returned to jail.
As per RCW 10.19.160 If a surety deems it's self insecure on the bail bond they may pull there bond at anytime. And due to [redacted] failing to appear for court and lying on a swore statement, I felt insure on this bail bond. This is further backed from Taylor V. Taintor, 83 US 366 [redacted] was released from jail on our bail bond and she failed to appear for court, she lied in a statement to the court as well as to Revdex.com and continues to harass this company. I will be filing a harassment order against [redacted] and [redacted] today. The continued harassment here and on social media is enough.
