I paid $3,for the work that they did The paperwork that I have from them state that the roofing shingles installed have year warranty materialIt also states that "AAAA Roofing & Home Improvements company guarantees workmanship on all roof work for years." It has been neither years or even years, so my roof is still under warranty with them I have tried calling the company numerous times to have

I have called and left messages as well as texts, no response backThey need to repair their guaranteed service or refund back my money
For a week now, everyday I have called as well as texted for someone to come out and repair the roof that they had "fixed" just two weeks agoIn one year they have had to come out times to fix their work-this would be the fourth timeEvery time it rains for more than a few hours or rains really hard, I have to call themThey don't answer the phone or respond to my textsThey called me on Friday the 22nd but did not leave a message to let me know what's going on, I call back and no answerI am not a brand new roof or a big job so I am left on the back burnerIf they are not wanting to fix their issue, I want a refund to go find another roofer who does not ignore my calls
