AAA Wholesale called me at my home, and was very rude He would not let me speak, at which point my son took the phone from me, and had a few choice words for the caller For that I apologizeI am sorry that I did not address this in a more timely manner, but extreme circumstances prevented me from doing so The caller responded by saying "yeah, yeah I read the complaint." Thank you for you understanding and compassion, sir I am unable to find my purchase transaction, or return receipt If the company does not accept returns then why wasn't it returned to me.This most definitely is the company I ordered from, and if I was going to make something up, it would certainly be for more than a water filter It is definitely not worth any amount of money to have to speak to them againThe only other thing that we can think of, is that my mom ordered it, instead of me Her name is [redacted] ***r, and it would have been the same address Other than that, I will hope that at the very least, this will help others to not make the same mistake I did by doing business with this company

prevented me from doing so.  The caller responded by saying "yeah, yeah I read the complaint."  Thank you for you understanding and compassion, sir.  I am unable to find my purchase transaction, or return receipt.  If the company does not accept returns then why wasn't it returned to me.This most definitely is the company I ordered from, and if I was going to make something up, it would certainly be for more than a 150.00 water filter.  It is definitely not worth any amount of money to have to speak to them again. The only other thing that we can think of, is that my mom ordered it, instead of me.  Her name is [redacted]r, and it would have been the same address.  Other than that, I will hope that at the very least, this will help others to not make the same mistake I did by doing business with this company.

[redacted] We have not received our part that was paid for from AAA Wholesale.  The certified letter I sent them was returned to me.  I sent another letter to them on December 3, that I did not certify, and we have heard nothing and not received our part.  I just phoned them 5 minutes ago and they finally answered my call.  They were not answering my calls in November and December.  I was told that they are having a snow storm and I should call back tomorrow.  Thanks for trying.   barb gayman

meaningful, significant manner.  They called me once saying they were trying to "straighten things out," asking for the date that I sent the check, and also for the date that my copy shows it was cashed.  They also then asked me what it was that I had ordered from them.  I gave them a careful description of the item I'd ordered and paid for, plus shipping charges.  I gave that info to them then.  Then, about three weeks later, they called again, asking me to re-state what the item was that I had ordered and sent them the check for.  I told them that.  Then, about two weeks later, they called again, asking me what the item was that I had ordered, and again the date that I had paid them, and the date which my copy of the cashed check showed that they cashed the check.  I gave them all of that info again.  Then they said they wanted me to call them back tomorrow (Sept. 29th).  I will.  Stay tuned, please, there's more suspense with this bunch than there is on TV.
