AAA Vacation - Carolinas

In August 2021, when I was working with Tracy Flores at the Summerville office, I was quoted prices for economy and economy upgraded seats. After getting an understanding on the upgrades, I've made that purchase instead of about $400 plus per ticket. Once I boarded in December of 2022 for my trip to Australia, it became apparent when I discussed with Qantas airlines that they had no upgraded economy seats and I would be in regular economy. When I returned from my trip I contacted multiple times Tracy Flores on the why I was surcharge for seats that weren't ever available. She never replied after a couple emails and calls in January of 2023. I have had an earlier trip planned by Mike Smith in December 2021 to Hawaii and it was handled very professional. That's why I went back with AAA vacations again for this trip to Australia, New Zealand. However, because I never got any callback from Tracy with an explanation is why I was charged extra for these upgraded seats that didn't exist, I will no longer be using AAA vacations, especially at the Summerville office. I'm not sure exactly how much I was overcharged but somewhere around $800 plus for two tickets for myself and my son.
