I haven't been able to speak w/ or receive an email from a live person despite my numerous attempts since I booked this reservation less than 24 hours
Unable to schedule activities/meals/any of the promotions offered. Left voice messages & email messages. Now I only want to cancel and receive a full refund
Trip was booked less than 24 hours ago & their service is non-existent. I cannot rely on their performance for the continued booking & scheduling of events necessary to complete the cruise booking.
This complaint has been resolved.
AAA did not make the final payment on my booking for a balcony room therefore we had to settle for an ocean view
We paid in advance for a balcony room to AAA. Well about a month before we were about to leave on our trip we were told that the final payment from AAA headquarters had not been paid on accident by THEIR headquarters. So therefore our balcony room was lost so now we're having to settle for an ocean view room and only getting credit for if we had booked it right now not if we had booked in advance. Keep getting the runaround from the travel agent and from Carnival. This is the worst experience I have ever had and travel in my life and I will never book with aaa again. I will also make sure I will tell everyone not to book with aaa
We want the amount back if we had booked an ocean view room three months ago price. Not if we booked it today. Kept explaining this to the travel agent but she did not want to listen and this is not fair that y'all drop the ball and we're having to suffer because of it. This is our first cruise and it is been ruined because of aaa

We are extremely sorry that this mistake occurred and have we have refunded the client $1260. That amount is more than the amount it would have been had they booked the oceanview cabin in the first place. Once we found out the mistake had been made we calculated the difference of what the oceanveiw cabin price was versus the balcony cabin at the time of booking which came out to be $260. We asked the client if they would like us to reinstate the booking in the oceanview cabin with a refund and they agreed to the oceanview cabin. There is no way for us to figure out the exact difference amount would have been during the time of booking as Carnival does not keep those prices in their system. The other cabin that booked with them at the time of booking was for an inside cabin and and only for 3 people not even 4, like these clients had in their cabin, and the difference between their amounts was only $1164.59 at the initial time of booking. So we decided to refund them an additional $1000 over what the difference was at the time of the mistake making the refund $1260 to cover above any difference it could have been at time of booking.

This company is so dishonest and we're very disappointed with the way we were treated. They took $20 out of out refund as a "fee"..,,NEVER will we ever do business with them again
