Toni and Benji (owners) were so friendly and professional when they came out to give us an estimate.
They put down in writing exactly what they would do, and were true to their word.
They said it might take three days to power wash, tape the edges, put a coat of primer, and two coats of high quality *** white silicone. The crew of three was able to do it in only two days. They were extremely courteous, fast, knowledgeable, and clean.
The crew even took down two old solar water heater panels and repaired two rotting beams at no extra charge.
Plus, AAA even gave us a seven year warranty on labor.
It took a few more buckets of coating than I had figured, and the company didn’t skimp at all. The house is so much cooler now, and we extended the life of the roof.
