Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: On meeting with [redacted] on April 19, 2016 he stated that repayment date would be in May and not in several days as he stated in his response to Revdex.com. His mistake cost me penalty fees.   I questioned [redacted] why was the partial rental payment applied to an account which had no tenant.  He collected his management fee of $92.50 on a time but I did not receive my rental fee as agreed in our Property Management Contract.  He is a Property Manager that is not to be trusted in care of any rental properties and should be under review for scrupulous practices.  Now I have to wait 60 days for my mistake of becoming "irate" as he puts it yet [redacted] gets away and hides behind Oregon Landlord Tenant Law for making his mistake.  Was he really going to give me back my partial rental fee in several days?  I met with him on Tuesday April 19, 2006 and demanded that my partial rental fee $292.50 to be returned on Friday April 22.  He stated to me that it was impossible.  And that I would receive my rental balance of $292.50  the following month in May.  He gave no date for this disbursement.   That is when I got irate, fired him then wrote this complaint.   Bad management has been reported to me about AAA Property Management, Inc by many agencies that I have been in contact with in trying to find resolution.   Sincerely,  [redacted]

questions about her account. Upon review, I realized that I had mistakenly misplaced a portion of her monthly disbursement. I apologized to [redacted] and explained that I would rectify the situation as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this mistake could not be fixed immediately. I invited [redacted] to come to my office so I could show her what had happened and would would be required to correct it. She refused this invitation and demanded that I bring all paperwork and money to her residence immediately. I gathered all information and was at [redacted] home within 15 minutes. She met me in the driveway and demanded immediate payment. I explained that I was unable to provide her payment until the mistake was rectified. She then fired me. Upon being fired, I explained to [redacted] that I would get all information and money to her in the 60 days time allowed by Oregon Landlord Tenant Law. This timeframe is not to stop [redacted] from getting money, but to ensure that all final accounting has been completed. Unfortunately, had she allowed me to rectify the initial mistake, I could have returned money to her within a matter of days. I apologized to [redacted] multiple times and attempted to explain the process, however, she acted irate and would not allow me to provide any reasoning. While I truly am sorry for any mistakes made, I feel that this situation could have been resolved much differently on her behalf. Thank you for your time.
