customer of  Choice Home Warranty Company which sends us out to do a diagnoses on HVAC equipment and every customer either has to pay a deductible of either $45 or $60 depending on their coverage and that is collected upon arrival. After the diagnoses is done at that point we contact CHW and the Tech tells them what the failure is with the system and CHW decides if they will cover the repair. Unfortunately due to the damage of the OEM Modal Blower Motor CHW did not cover the repair for Miss [redacted], so I personally  called  and gave Miss [redacted] a special price of $662.39 for her trouble to do the repair, where that kind of repair would ordinarily be $765.95.
