AAA Paving and Contracting

Review: I, [redacted] and my wife [redacted] have given a check for $3000 to [redacted] from aaapaving and contracting in suffern, NY for our driveway at [redacted]. He sent us a receipt and told us to contact him when our contractor doing our windows, doors and siding has finished. When the contractor finished it was already getting cold and [redacted] said its best to wait until the spring or summer when the weather is hot so the asphalt will dry. We contacted him this spring, he spoke once and said he will get on it as the weather is ok. Never heard from him again and he doesn't take our calls. His number with us [redacted].Desired Settlement: Either refund or do the work on the contract.
