The villa that we stayed with was average. HOWEVER, the management from AAA is impeccable. [redacted] was amazing to work with. She really made our trip special without even knowing it. The pool wasn't heated because of a miss understanding. We called her and she had someone come turn it on immediately and even came and apologized for the misunderstanding (it wasn't her fault at all but the owner of villas). Also, I lost my phone while staying at the villa. I called her at 5 am (thinking it was her office phone) and she answered! I felt awful and apologized for waking her but she was as happy to help as she was the first time I called. Her cleaning service found my phone and [redacted] sent it out immediately. Only good things to say about [redacted] and her management company!
