I work for a Medical Facility and continuously have issues with patients being picked up with a voucher. Our patients are very ill and for them to have to wait sometimes over 2 hours is not acceptable for the patients or the facility. Trying to resolve this with Tucson and Phoenix offices and no one seems to give a rats [redacted]. Very disappointed in the service this organization is providing, when they provide it.
