I purchase an AAA rental insurance. the agent told me that they had a promotion for $ 69 after she asks me to tell her the cheapest price that I got. I went and purchase it from her for $ 69 , after 1 month I received a letter saying that they will turn off my policy if I don't pay the balance. I would not mind paying the balance, the worst part about the whole situation is the fact that I have been calling that agent for nearly 2 months she never answers her phone, I left her voicemail every time I call her. I even email her boss which her boss never email me back. every time I call AAA they tell me that I need to talk to the agent. her name is Isabel S and her supervisor is Botts P. thank you
