AAA Cooper Transportation

I have used AAA Cooper many times in the past and will NEVER use them again. They damaged my battery delivery and even though they showed me a picture of the delivery at the terminal all intact, they said since no one signed for and listed damages, OH WELL. They hid behind that theory and a NMFC code, clearly if you show me a picture of it in tack, prior to putting it on the delivery truck, then it is loose and damaged when delivered, someone at AAA is at fault. Never will I use someone that doesn't hold their own accountable for actions! I STRONGLY SUGGEST NO ONE EVER USE AAA COOPER TRANSPORTATION. What a joke they are.

After waiting over 10 minute for help, I needed 5 PRO numbers for pick ups. That does not take long to provide. The rep named Cindy did not care how long I waited for help and would only help me with 3 pick up numbers, then put me back in que for the remainder two PRO numbers. That is ridiculous for me to have to wait another ten minutes just for updates on two more shipments. Poor customer service and assistance. I will try my best not to dispatch them for anymore of my shipments.

AAA Cooper Transportation picked up material for us from one of our vendors and when it was delivered, it was completely destroyedThe material was taken apart by the trucking company and repackaged without shrink wrap and held together by zip ties and completely exposedThis material was to be used in a sanitary setting and thus rendered useless to usWe contacted the company and they asked us to please find a way to salvage it anyway and they would pay only 1/of the cost even though it caused massive problems for our business, both in service and costThey were rude and unprofessional and took no responsibility even though we had pictures and all necessary documents of evidence with blatant proof of their team destroying the materialThe claims coordinator gave an irritated sigh over the phone when we informed them that we would take legal action
We simply do not recommend using this trucking company and have someone take the risk of this happening because if it does, this is how they will handle the situation

Had shipment damage that AAA Cooper admitted (they had it noted already in their files) Guess what? Since the consignee did not write a damage notation on the delivery receipt, the claim was denied If you KNOW you damaged it, why hide behind a customer mistake?
I am told by those in the industry that this is absolutely the pattern for AAA Cooper
They won't get the chance to pull t on me again
