Review: AAA Aluminum Enclosures was contracted to remove a backyard deck and porch and rebuild new ones. The deck is uneven in the center and the deckboards are beginning to warp. The verticle posts under it has a couple that is not resting in the 4 way cement form but on the corners. Also, the correct number of joists are not there. After rebuilding the porch, an aluminum patio enclosure was added onto the porch. The workers cut up the brand new siding, didnt add flashing as required and paid for. The measurements are wrong and created gaps all around. Instead of remeasuring and doing it correctly, a lot of caulk was added. Looks horrible and is very noticeable. I asked for the wooden post to be replaced, but wasnt. Worker said it wasnt needed. Doesnt matter, its what I wanted. The wood that supports the threshold under the door was not replaced, rotten ones are still there. On the far corner, the frame is sitting on top of a deck board that when you look under it, that board is resting on 1/4 of the porch framing. You can see the screws drilled into the enclosure frame and instead of into the deck boards or frame, the screws completely missed it. Its not anchored to the deck. While rebuilding the porch, the house siding was pulled away and was left hanging off of the house. It still is. All the areas that the siding was cut on, not replacement trim of any kind was added. Now theres jagged siding all around where they cut on. The patio roof, it leaks. Ive been trying to get them to fix these problems since october and nothing has been done. We have more projects getting done around the house and 2 of the projects can not get started without these repairs.Desired Settlement: We are not looking for a refund, we only want the repairs done. The second contractor working on the other projects is willing to fix the problems, but AAA Aluminum should pay for it. This is 4 months now.
I need AAA to either fix it or pay the contractor to fix it. I have kept every email and text since day 1 if anyone would like to read them along with during and after photos.
I need things fixed.
