This company cares for their customers. [redacted] went out of her way for my family when we lost our air conditioning in 118 weather. Top notch customer service. Techs were knowledgeable, always on time, helpful and friendly.
BEWARE-RIPOFF,
They send some mentally challenged person who spent 2 hours talking about his grandfathers 53000 acre ranch in Montana, his record fish catch, brother cop shooting people, etc and 10mins on the roof checking heating system for repair. Said he would go back up to get make model and serial number. Waited two days without response from company. called and was told by [redacted] he didn't get heater info/serial number, make model??? had to come back and I told him off so he report to warranty we had a previous repair and the other company deliberately caused the leak in the coil??? and wouldn't cover the cost.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE OR [redacted]. ON [redacted],**!
I AND MY WIFE WILL SWEAR TO THIS TESTIMONY ANYTIME TO ANYONE!!!
