I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] became irritated when I told him the owner was not available to come to the phone. Next thing I hear is God D[redacted] and I then hung up on him. He immediately called back and asked why I hung up on him. I advised him I was NOT going to listen to that kind of language, nor did I have to. He said one of his employees was poking him in the shoulder and that I would have to get over it! He then advised me that he doesn't sit and make phone calls all day to companies just to have their secretaries hang up on him. He then hung up on me! This is NOT acceptable and in my personal opinion, he owes me an apology.
Just for the record, when I googled the phone number, there's nothing BUT complaints on the company with your employees being rude to people when they call. My complaint is on the internet as well.
