Complaint regarding - A&A Plumbing and heating, Allen H- 406-437-***
We bought a home back in june which has in-floor heating using a boiler system. They installed a new unit days prior to us moving in. The condensate pump went out before we even moved in and the plumber you installed the unit came out 3 days later and installed a new condensate pump ( A&A Plumbing and heating, Allen H- 406-437-***). This lasted only a couple months and went out again. I called and txt him repeatedly to get him to get it replaced, it took him over 6 weeks to get out here and get it changed out. Well, It went out again... This time he said they were going to put a filter on it as it should not be going out like this. I cant count how many call's and txts I have sent and keep getting the run-around as this is a warrantee call which he makes no money on. ive been trying to get this fixed for over 2.5 months. I finally had enough and will correct the issue myself at my own expense. Ive never in my life had this bad of service from any outfit or person.
