To whom it may concern,In regards to a letter I received in reverence to *** *** writing a complaint letter.Yes he did pay to have a motor removed and a used one installed due to the old motor beingblownHe was told when he dropped the car off that it would be awhile before we could get itin,
his response was no problemAlso contacting me, no there where many messages betweena worker and *** *** over face book I am the owner of the business and Mr*** should havecontacted meWe did the service on the carWe had no reason to take the wheels off the car.So I'm not sure why the lug nuts would be missingWe also have pictures the lug nuts are allthe same no new ones have been replacedLug nuts are missing on the back wheels of thevehicleThe reason for the mounting system to brake was due to customer abuseThe carmotor was installed correctly and it was running perfect when *** picked up his carThere ismiles more on the odometer, usually that would not work if the speedometer is not working.I have had a shop manager from GM come and look at this car and gave me his opinionHe saidthe bell housing was caused by customer abuseAlso printed me off a document from GeneralMotorsThe reason for new bolt on beli housing was originally they were missing so I installednew onesagreed to tow the car from *** *** house to the garage to look at it, to see if it the damagewas caused by installationIt was notI have not been contacted by *** ***His father hasstop in one time; he was told that transmission case was the cause of the problemCaused bycustomer abusedo not believe I should be held responsible or criticized all over social media when *** ***caused his own problems and expects others to pay for it.Thank You

I am rejecting this response because:When I went to get my alignment done at *** *** they could not lign it up because one ball joint was looseWhen they took it off it was cross threaded you cannot cross thread when removing it it was done when they * * * installed So I told the mechanic to put a new one in so he could finish the jobI did not call * * * about the problem but I drove over to * * * and told him what they done and shod him the old ball joint e said that it could have been striped by them and I told him I wanted money back for work that was not done righthe laughed in me and my wife face and said go have some fun with your lawyerHe is a liar and I did and will tell again.furthermore he should not be a N.BInspection Station

We replaced two lower ball joints and a CV Boot, we noticed that the other cv boot was starting to rip so we put some silicone as a courtesy. Our alignment machine was not operating and he was informed that those parts are non adjustable, but he should still get an alignment after any major
work to the steering and suspensionHe called me from where he was getting his alignment saying the ball joints were looseI told him to come back so I could inspect and replace them, he said okThe next time we heard from him was the next day when he drove in saying that he wanted all his money backHe was told that we were never given the opportunity to inspect the parts for defects and to get it covered by warrantyWe said that we were not going to give him a refundHe said that he was going to sue and drove off
