We have reached out to this customer as of last night, and have offered him a half refund for his trip.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Why should I settle for half when you did nothing for me and my I guests please do the right thing and refund the $153
Please close this case as I have been refunded in full by the company
3 of us waited 2.5 hours, 13 phone calls to the office (2 -were answered), the shuttle from port to airport never showed up. We called for ***.
My 2 daughters and I stayed at the Homewood suites on 12/30. We purchased round trip shuttle tickets at $40 each for total of $120 to be paid in cash to driver on 12/31 on way from hotel to port canaveral. We paid the driver and we're asked when our return would be. We stayed it would be Jan 4th. Rudy asked us if we would like an 8am or 10am pickup. We said 10am and then he asked me to write my name, the cruise ship name 3people and 10am pickup on the sheet he had. We then paid him the $120 cash.
On 1/4 we got off the ship just before 9am and sat outside to wait for our pickup at 10. My one daughter said maybe you should call to be sure they are coming so I did a few mins before 10am. The lady (I believe her name was an M name) said Rudy is not the one who makes the schedules and should never have told me a 10am pickup and they could be there about 11am. I completely got upset that I had already been waiting an hour and now I had to wait another hour. She said that she would call me back to see what she could do. After 15 mins of not hearing from her, I called her back and she said maybe they could be there at 10:45 but for sure by 11am. So we sat and waited. At 11am I called the number about 12 times and no one answered. The shuttle never came. I called for an *** and paid $121 for an *** to drive us to the airport the *** driver got there at 11:16 and the shuttle service still had not arrived. It was not a good ending to our vacation as we had a flight to catch.
I want all of my money back.

Based on the guests reservation, they were only booked for 3 people, round trip for a total of $90.00 They stated they paid our driver cash, which we can find no record of. we are willing to refund half of the $90.00 ($45.00) for their incomplete portion of their journey. If they can provide us a mailing address we will send them a check for that portion. We regret our guests had a bad experience, and are encouraging our drivers to no longer give specific pick up times, and to not accept cash anymore. We hope these measures prevent future incidents like this. attached is a copy of their reservation.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
You can see with the attachment, I have paid $120, per Rudy's handwriting. I'm not sure where you are getting I paid $90? However, getting some money back for being out a lot of money and hours of being inconvenienced....I guess will have to do.
Thank you for replying.
Safety and long delays of travel between *** and airport.
Our group of 12 purchased transportation betwwen the *** and the *** Airport. The bus arrival at the *** was over and hour late. The bus was unable to access and pass through two gates at the entrance to the airport. The bus driver left the bus and the passengers had to crawl through the baggage compartments to retrieve their luggage. In the middle of traffic approaching the airport, we all had to walk the roadway to the airport. This presented significant safety issues as many cars had to drive around all of us on this busy roadway. When we finally reached the airport, we found that we had all missed our flights, because of the major delays and having to walk to the airport. The next flight was 7 hours later.
I called AA Access twice on the day of the incident. They said the only way to make a complaint is by sending an email. I did send an email, through the companies website, on December 3. The website said a reply would be made within 48 hours. Today is December 6 and have not heard anything. I called the company 4 times today and they hung up on me.
We purchased 12 tickets at a cost of $27 per ticket, total cost of $324. We would like a refund of this purchase.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, however, we do not have control of all the variables that exist in the *** section of *** Airport, among them the question of access to the port that is very congested due to the tiny accommodations in relation to the size of the ships there. Besides that, If the bus was not able to get into the Airport gate it was due to the fail on the airport system that automaticaly reads the permit stickers and opens the gate.
We do not have liability on traffic issues or third parties failure
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The bus company failed to bring passengers to the airport, and the bus driver left the bus.
We are sincerely sorry for the bad service our guest experienced. We are going to issue a refund for half of his trip. We are working diligently to streamline our service and are under new management. We are striving to optimize our guests experience and give them the best travel experience possible.
AA Access said they would refund half the charges. To date they have not done so.
No on time pick-up,No response for the claim,Required full refund but no response.
"Hello,
We contact with you yesterday,so far you did not give us any response to solve the issue.
As our conversation via phone, our appointment is 10:00AM,since you did not appear, start 10:15AM we contacted with you, first call you let us wait at the port, since for a long time you still did not come,we tried to call around 10 times, then nobody response. Finally,we have to take taxi to airport to catch our flight, and it cost us $110.
This is the worst experience for us at Orlando.
Please let me know how you will solve this issue. At lease ,we need you to give us full round-trip refund and pay us the taxi fee.
BTW,at port canaveral ,we contacted 407-346-0151,a lady picked the phone for first time.
Mayo"
I sent this email on Oct.6,so far no any response. My "Conf# ***" for this issue.Round trip $91 was paid by credit card via online on Sept.11 when I made the reservation.$110 is paid by cash to the driver.
fully refund and pay taxi fee with total $201.
We are sorry to hear about it. We work very hard to provide the best service possible. Our company is small and made of simple dedicated people who give the best they can to have our customer happy. We do everything we can to not have delays. Some days it happens and this happens even with airlines. Our transportation is a regular shared shuttle. The day you had the reservation we had many pick ups during the morning for everybody at the port and for some reason you decided to take another service of transportation but our shuttle was there in different time during the day. We also have a ground dispatcher that you can meet at the port if you need assistance. One more time we are very sorry about the situation.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First of all,our appointment time was 10:00AM and had to left port time was at 11:15AM.During this period, your car did not come to pick-up.I asked some staff working at the port, they told me you usually come to pick-up between 7:30AM-9:30AM,so when I made the reservation, why the only choice is 8:00AM and 10:00AM?I believe that day your car already left at 9:30AM.For us,we waited from 9:50AM and your car did not appear.
Second,we called your dispatcher at 10:15AM,the lady only picked first phone and let us wait at the port, after that till 11:15AM,we called over 10times then nobody answer? Why?Did you search the caller history?
Third, regardless we email you or call you,you did not give me any response. This is not a good policy for your service.
As I mentioned,in order to catch the flight,we had no choice but take the taxi.If you picked on time,we did not need to choose other transportation. You caused me spent extra money and waste our time.If this is your vacation, what will you feel?
As a result,we won't use your company anymore but you must pay me this time.I accept your apologize but you should do the action to pay the compensation.
Hope you understand the above.
As per stated on our last response We are transportation company and our contract clearly states that we do not take liability for traffic delays. We had more than 10 departures on that day and the last one was delayed due to heavy traffic at port canaveral. We cannot take any liability for that. We try our best to get on schedule every single trip but sometimes we cannot due to third parties issues or traffic. This is a transportation business and so subject to delays just like any other transportation company even airlines with the most modern dispatching system and airplanes many times delay their flights. Also we provide the shared shuttle ride, not private vehicle. That means that we have to accommodate other peoples need as well and delays due to several pick ups.
Paid 90.00 for roundtrip fare. Bus had no a.c. in 90 degree weather or no bathroom for a 45-55 min ride. I would like a refund for trip to Port Canave
My husband and I paid for a round trip to and from Orlando airport to Port Canaveral 8/26/18 We had our 7 year old grandson with us also. The bus had no air conditioner in 90 degree weather or no windows that could be opened. The driver didn't inform us that there was no air. My husband ask if he could turn up the air 20 mins into the ride that's when he informed us of the broken air conditioner. He then stated that the company was selling that particular bus on Friday 8/31/18. Then my grandson had to use the bathroom, I asked was there a bathroom on board he stated "no". I asked if he could pull over so my grandson could release his self. He stated he could not. My grandson had to release his self in a empty water bottle which he was pretty embarrassed. The ride was miserable, I felt like I was going to pass out because of no air my grandson peed halfway in the bottle and a little on his self. I called AA Access transportation 8/26/18 to complain and to ask for my money back on the ride to Port Canaveral. When I called I had no idea who I was talking to. The operator did not identify his self or the company. I asked whom I was talking to; he still didn't say his name or company. I had to ask was I calling AA Access, he said "yes" very rudely. I explained my situation I asked about a refund he was very rude and starting over talking me and raised his voice loudly. I then asked about why wasn't a bathroom on the bus for a ride that is almost and hour long? He hanged the phone up on me. I would like my $ 45.00 back for the ride only to Port Canaveral. The ride back was fine. I feel if the company knew there wasn't air on the bus in HOT FLORIDA WEATHER park the bus, especially if there are no windows that can't open. That is unhealthy especially for people with health issues. Also the operator could have been more patient he's dealing with the public that's his job.
I would like my $45.00 back just for the ride going there. After the operator hung up on me I didnt want to call anymore.
As a shuttle company we have all buses with maintenance up to date. We have a full time mechanic to take care of our fleet. All buses leave the yard every morning with all system working well.
The AC broke down during the trip and as per contract with the customer we do not take liability for mechanical break downs.
This was a fortuitous affair and unfortunately happened. Even having all maintenance up-to-date mechanical problems can happen.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept this answer from the company because the driver stated to us that the a.c was broken when my husband asked for him to turn on the air 20 mins into our ride. The driver also stated that the bus was being sold on the following Friday due to its many problems. I asked the driver why would the company put people on a bus with no a.c. He stated because he didn't want us to wait for another bus. The a.c was broken before we all boarded the bus, without our knowledge. It definitely did not break down during the trip to Port Canaveral. If it did I would not have contacted Revdex.com because I know things can happen while driving. Also when I tried contacting AA Access to rectify the issue the operator was extremely RUDE!!
As per last message all buses leave the yard with maintenance up to date.
As per contract the company does not take liability for mechanical breakdowns.
Horrible company, horrible service, terrible attitudes, don't even know where they are supposed to be tami g people. Waste of time and money.
Prepaid full price $360 for round trip transfer, but shuttle company did not pick us up from Port Canaveral and did not take us to Orlando Airport.
Resv #*** and #***
I pre-paid $360 to AA Access Transport for a round trip transfer: 1) April 14/18 Pick up from *** Orlando, drop off at Port Canaveral, and 2) April 22/18 Pickup from Port Canaveral, drop off at Orlando Int'l airport.
We are a group of 12 including 9 retired seniors, some with mobility issues, and one adult with a physical disability.
The driver picked us up from the hotel April 14/18 and I paid him $324 in cash ($36 deposit already paid on reservation date April 2/18). He gave me a return/pickup receipt which indicated pickup time from Port Canaveral 8:00am-10:00am, return date April 22/18.
On April 22/18, we disembarked from our ship ***, picked up our luggage, and all of us were already outside in the shuttle waiting area at 9:15am. We saw several shuttles and motor coaches come by but none from AA Access Transport. At 10:05am I called their ground staff (***, Laura) as indicated on their receipt, no answer, no voicemail. I continued calling every 10 minutes, again some calls were not answered, some went to voicemail. I left several messages, no one returned my calls. I also called the main number on the receipt (407-832-1650), a man picked up call and said the shuttle was coming. At 10:40am in the shuttle waiting area, I spoke with two ladies who were agents for other shuttle companies and they advised me that they had not seen any shuttle or motor coach from AA Access Transport the entire morning! Other people waiting in the area also confirmed they did not see any of their vehicles. We continued waiting and it was already 11:20am and still no AA Access Transport shuttle in sight. I kept calling both numbers and got only their voicemail. So I left several messages again but did not hear back from anyone. I also emailed the company [email protected] at 10:16am, 11:08am, and 11:45am, but did not receive any response back. Then it started raining heavily and as some of us had a flight departure of 1:30pm, we were scrambling to find a shuttle that could take all 12 of us to Orlando Int'l Airport. At 11:40am, we were able to find a shuttle (888 Transportation) at the port and had to pay $25 per person for the one-way transfer to Orlando Int'l airport. Some of us were so close to missing our flight, this has been a very traumatic experience for the seniors traveling in our group. After arriving home, I did not receive a single call, message, or email reply from the company the entire day of April 22/18.
April 23/18, 10:00am, I called AA Access (407-832-1650) and spoke with someone by the name of Gunther M, I told him we waited almost three hours at Port Canaveral and no shuttle came to pick us up. He confirmed he did receive my phone and email messages but couldn't reply to them. After some discussion, he agreed to send me a cheque for $180 as a refund for service not delivered on April 22/18. He told me he would send the cheque the next day, he asked me to email him *** my name and address which I did immediately on the same day April 23/18.
May 11/18 No cheque received, 12:40pm, I called AA Access to follow up on whether the cheque has been sent, a man answered the call (sounded like G. M) and said he does not look after this, he told me to call back after 1:00pm to speak to the Reservations clerk. I called 1:10 pm, a woman by the name of Gisele answered call, she confirmed she saw my emails from April 23/18 regarding request for refund, she told me no cheque was sent and that she would look into this.
May 18/18 7:10am I called AA Access and when I entered option 3 (Reservations), the line was immediately disconnected. I called again several times between 7:12am-8:14am that morning, and every time after I entered option 3, the phone line appeared to be deliberately disconnected immediately.
To this day, I still have not received any refund cheque from them which they had agreed to send April 23/18.
Seeking refund of $180 from AA Access Transport for shuttle service not delivered on April 22/18. As explained above, we paid the full price $360 for a round trip transfer for 12 passengers, but AA Access Transport only fulfilled one half of the transfer service (ie pickup from hotel to Port Canaveral). I believe it is fair and reasonable to request for a refund of 50% of the amount we paid as they did not rightfully earn it. They did not pick us up from Port Canaveral on April 22/18 and did not take us to Orlando International Airport as agreed. We ended up having to pay $25 per person for another shuttle company to take us to Orlando Int'l airport. Technically, AA Access Transport should refund us $300 ($25 x 12), but I'm only asking for $180. So this amount is beyond reasonableness. AA Access Transport left us stranded at Port Canaveral, waiting for their shuttle for almost 3 hours in heavy rain, and they did not even have the courtesy to return our calls to tell us they would not be picking us up so that we could quickly make arrangements with another transportation company. There were 8 retired seniors (some with mobility issues) plus one individual with a physical disability in our group of 12. AA Access Transport has made this experience so stressful and traumatic for all of us, the fear of not being able to find another shuttle which could take all of us at once and the fear of missing our flight home was the most horrible feeling. This company does not appear to show any professionalism or integrity in their business operations.
Good afternoon!
We are very sorry about the inconvenient.
The refund for the return trip from Port Canaveral to MCO Orlando Airport has been made as receipt attached.
However, I would like to notify that the shuttle was delayed due to a mechanical problem on one of our buses, as well as logistics issues at the port which is non related to our company.
We do not hold any responsibility in regards to the logistics of the port, however we have refunded the return trip by check to your address.
Sincerely, AA Access Transport.

to me
Good evening,
Tracking number services for this situation since its outside the country are expensive. Since the check shipped to Canada it takes longer than usual (since we are located in the US). The client can go to *** and create a My *** account. And from that account she can be able to track her check. Thank you.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Thank you for finally sending us the refund cheque.
I think the very least you could have done that day when we were anxiously waiting for hours for your shuttle was return our calls to let us know you would not be picking us up! Your contact at Port Canaveral did not pick up her calls or return any of our calls the entire day! And no one from your company returned our calls that day either. If you had mechanical problems with your vehicle, you could have dispatched another vehicle (you must have more than one vehicle operating in your business) or paid another shuttle company to pick us up. We saw several other shuttles (ie. Cocoa Beach, 888 Transportation, Cortrans) leaving Port Canaveral without any passengers inside the vehicles. You knew very well in advance there were 12 of us waiting to be picked up at Port Canaveral on April 22/18.
I don't know what kind of problems you have with logistics, but we did see several other shuttle companies arriving very frequently at the port with no problems.
The problems with your vehicles or logistics at the port are not our problems, they are your problems to fix as you have mentioned you have been in this business for at least 20 years.
I really wish they had a negative star rating I would give them a -5. I should've listened to the reviews. I booked on line and prepaid figuring it would make transportation from the airport to my cruise less of a hassle. I was a party of four and a friend of mine with a party of five which made us a party of nine. all outside as we were told by the company waiting patiently by area A15. after 10 - 15 minutes minibus pulls up he tells us to give him a minute while he unloads some passengers. Finally he starts to load us up and I ask the driver if he was taking us straight to the port because we have a 1PM check in time and he stated he has one drop off at a hotel on the way and then were good. before we pull out another couple also going to the cruise port also got on so now its 11 people going to the ship and one couple that was getting dropped of at a hotel. We drop of the couple then he makes a few turns and into the parking lot of another hotel and picks up another couple and this happens about two more times finally everyone on board is getting pissed. The last straw was when we pulled back into the airport where he picked us up at. I then decided to get off the bus and tell the driver we need to talk!!!. I asked him will we make our 1PM check in time he then tells me yes you have until 4PM I told him no first we have a check in time for 1PM the ship sails at 4PM you picked us up at 1045 and now its after 12 and everyone has a ship to catch we didn't take this transport to sightsee. he then explained to me that he has to pick up one more passenger at the next terminal and then we will proceed to the cruise port. I explained to him this is very bad for business and had we known we would have never chosen his company. He then apologized and said its not his fault and he is just the driver. I then told him I understand but it would be nice if you communicate with the passengers on the bus as to where your taking them especially if you see an hour has passed by and we haven't even traveled 5 miles. He then says your right I apologize. I get back on the bus and I explained to everyone what the driver told me. The driver gets back on board and then tells everyone that they had a bus break down so thats what the hold up was so what do you want him to do then one of the older ladies in the rear of the bus then told him thats got nothing to do with us. when we finally reached the port at 12:57 we were all getting off and he says enjoy your trip no one acknowledge him at all. If your gonna have people driving around all day with you at least fix up your bus a bit make sure its a little more presentable make sure the AC is running properly
The first thing I did after getting off the bus was cancel my roundtrip transport and ask for my refund back to my credit card. All in all I would never use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone unless you enjoy riding around in circles on a warm dirty bus for hours like a hostage in a third world country!!!!!!
AA ACCESS TRANSPORT never came to pick-us up from Orlando Airport to take us to Port Canaveral so we could go on our cruise.
On December 24th, 2017 I purchased roundtrip shuttle service with AA ACCESS TRANSPORT from the Orlando International Airport to Norwegian CruiseLine Port in Port Canaveral Florida. They were scheduled to pick us up at 10:00am on 2/3/2018. We arrived at 9:30am and waited at the B-15 gate at level 1 ground transportation per the instructions on our reservation. The shuttle never arrived. We made multiple calls to the company. The female representative was extremely rude and said there was nothing sje could do and to contact the owner "Joe" after peak hours. Unfortunately that did not help us because we had to get to the cruise terminal to avoid missing our cruise. When I asked about a refund, because we had to book alternative means of transportation, the extremely rude individual on the phone said she didn't care and hung up on me. I am trying to get the $67.20 charge they applied to my mastercard on 12/24/2017 refunded necause they failed to provide shuttle services for us.
I am trying to have the $67.20 charge on my mastercard refunded due to the failure to provide any shuttle services.
We are sorry to hear that you had that experience with us. We transport thousands of people monthly and sometimes we are subject to delays specially some days when we have one of our buses broken down on the road.
We try to recover and make up the time lost but sometimes the best we do is not enough to satisfy every one.
We work with shared ride, suttle, not private vehicle, so we are subject to delays due to trafic, to other passengers and mechanical issues with buses. .
Having said it we would like to ask you if you were able to catch the bus with us on the way back from the Port and it there was any issue on your returning
Service was excellent, however I am very disappointed the way AA Access Transport charges customers different prices. We booked round trip and had to pay $80 in advance to go from Orlando Airport Hotel to Port Canaveral cruise terminal with return to airport. When we got off the cruise ship, the AA Access Transport personnel were charging customers without reservations only $15 for the trip from cruise ship to airport. Seems like a ripoff for the customers that book and have to pay CASH in advance.
I us this service ,they were very good professional people,
They pick us on time ,and very helpful people
If I could give this service a "0" rating for customer service I would. We went by the hotel referral who set it up for us. They were late, they did not send a van big enough for all the customers so two people had to wait for another van. We also paid with a credit card but the couple with us paid with cash. They refused to give them a receipt and then the receipt that they did give us was in the wrong name. When I told the driver, he said not to worry, that he would remember me. He was not even the driver or present on the way back. On the way back to Orlando the van had a flat tire because the vehicles are in disrepair. One of the customers shared that they had to stop for gas before they could go on to Port Canaveral. Please do not use this service if you value your money and time
