A nightmare experience experienced with BTG Contracting
Contract drawn up 12/17/
-3/2/2014: had appointment and BTG Cocancelled
-BTG Colost contract and had to resend (3/1/2014)
-*** had accident and patiently waited recovery to start job
-Delay after delay
-3/2/(1+year later): said there were family issues...delayed my job
-10/12/2015: no updateCalled wanting to get job started
-10/13/2015: replied by text saying there were family issues
-2/4/2016: called to check on install dateSaid he was out of the country
-2/4/2016: said he woud start the job when he returned
-2/21/2016: had apptsaid he couldn't make it due to the flu
-2/22/2016: put off another day
-2/23/2016: arrivedSaid he couldn't start install of the shower pan until rough fixtures were availableNot trueExcuse to delay my job further
-4/25/2016: rough fixtures arrived
-4/26/2016: *** said he was busy and wanted to "formulate a plan" to get my job doneIndicated h
