After purchasing [redacted] wheels and rims [redacted](type) on May 4, 2013, I am disappointed in the service I receive after the wheels and rims were mounted on my [redacted] pick-up. The company balanced the wheels on two different dates then later I aligned the wheels and balanced the wheels at my on cost and I continued to experience a vibration in the steering wheel After alining the wheels and there continues to be a vibration in the steering wheel when driving under normal conditions at speeds of 55 or 60 mph. Later I put the factory wheels back on the vehicle and I do not experience the vibration in the wheel. The company stated that they would send the wheels and rims back to the manufactor on June. The company [redacted] stated they would callme after they sent the tires. They did not call and 5 days later when I contacted them they stated the tires and rims were returned. I do not believe the tires and rims were sent to the manufacture.
