A1 Top To Bottom

My complaint starts with the wood flooring they laid in my kitchen. It started to buckel right in the middle of the kitchen. I called [redacted] (the owner) to let hime know what was going on and asked him to come out and fix the problem, he answered the first 2 time and told me he would be out to correct the issue. He never showed up, both times, when I tried to reach him again he did not answer my calls. This was a very expensive job and now I am in the process of paying someone else, on top of what I paid him, to fix the problem. The second complaint is he was suppose to install a pair of biofold doors in my hallway. He has not been out to install and he still has the doors in his possession and I can not get in touch with him. He has left a lot of debri in my garage for me to depose of when it was his responsibility to remove. He also pulled a permitt to complete the work and has not been in contact with me or anyone at the housing office in Bedford Hts as to where that stands. He has left a lot of loose ends and have not contacted me to make arrangements to fix or clean up anyone of them. I would discourage anyone from using him or his company as a contractor.
