Contacted the aforementioned to repair the defrost thermostat on my Amana Refrigerator on March *, 2013. The repairman became frustrated while working, extremely agitated, and used profanities. In addition, HE PUNCHED THE LOWER LEFT SIDE DOOR and left a dent. I was very afraid for my safety and nervously paid him solely to get him out of my house. I called the office the next day to confront him and request my payment back. He denied everything and refused to accept responsibility for the 3inch dent that he left on my refrigerator door!
