A1 Quality Builders is a Joke. This company bid on a contract that requires a team. He only works with two people, working 2-3 hours per day and 1 to 2 days per week. If you are looking for consistency, this is not the company.
Also, the rehabbed work he completed was so bad, a HUD consultant summarized work completed and it was assessed that 90% of this company work did not meet "minimum property standards," and most of his work would have to be torn out or down and restarted again.
This company also works with people who are non certified and non licensed people which is why quality in this case is what I originally started out saying "a joke."
Please research this company and previous customers before hiring this company.
