An employee of this company damaged my property while making a delivery, he hit and damaged the gate on my fence with the forklift he was driving. He told me he had experience in fencing and would come back to repair it himself. We took him at his word and waited for his return, he never did and left me with no other option but to pay to have it fixed. I tried several times to contact him through his work site, and my message was given to him, but he chose to ignore me and made no effort to be responsible for the damage he caused.

Repair Do as he promised and fix my gate or at least cover the cost if he waits too long and it is already fixed. I tried to contact this company using the phone number listed but always got a record greeting and a full voicemail box that would not take anymore calls.
The business did finally send one of their employees over to my home and he did repair the broken gate. I am satisfied with the effort, but not the timing, they waited until this report was made to act.
