I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although I am satisfied with the resolution, the business' accusations are absolutely absurd and unfounded as I have Provided all the information for them to reach out to building management and of the parking garage security to figure out how the cushion was lost. I even called myself. The company never made an attempt to reach out to the management or parking garage security. Furthermore, I spent the day with the movers and offered to help with lifting items as they were already running so far behind schedule. I am glad that this is resolved but it doesn't change that this company should not be trusted and was incredibly unprofessional. Even with the resolution I wound up having to spend unnecessary money since I had to throw away a good leather sleeper sofa and get another couch.

The customer allegedly said that the crew lost a sofa cushion within the building awhile accompanied by the customer. However, customer was a bit resistance when I requested to meet with building management to review surveillance recording.   In addition the crew confirm that the customer had...

been back and forth on the truck before there was any realization that the cushion was missing. The customer disputed the credit card purchase, and was not willing to give adequate time for review. The nature of the claim seem very odd and it was very suspicious behavior from the customer when inquiring more details.  Therefore , we decided not to counter the charge-back and move on since the customer cooperated very little.
