I was told that I had a solid door and they don't make them like this anymore. I invested in new garage door springs. Fast forward a year and a half and now "Your door is rotting and falling apart." The response to my concerns was less than satisfactory. Needless to say if I do need a new door it certainly will not be purchased from this company.

A lot can happen in a year and a half to a garage door, especially in our climate. I will be happy to work with you to get a new garage door even if it mean applying of the cost of the previous repairs to the cost of the new door. Thank you.
