customer's complaints with shifter on vehicle were addressed soon after the sale customer had appointments to address issues with shifter one was kept, the other three were no call/no shows her last demand was on 11/6/ an appointment was made for the vehicle, even though the vehicle was well out of warranty, with 6,miles on it since purchase we were still willing to stand behind our repairs she was a no call/no show for her appointment on 11/8/ she had days to cancel the sale on her vehicle from the date of purchase in order to receive a refund of her deposit she did not do so we were more than willing to help her, however, she did not allow it her loan for the vehicle was assigned to a finance company on the date of the sale, therefore, A-Auto Incis unable to refund any monies involved with sale we can and are still willing to assist with the shifter problems
