This company damaged my car when loading and unloading They treated the problem in a unprofessional manner and refused to pay for damages lying that the damage was there when clearly the damage was caused by them. They are rude unresponsive and don't carry proper insurance coverage with high deductibles so they can refuse fixing their mistakes. This matter is going to the legal system for results and I would highly recommend that no one use them because they will treat you like dirt , call you a liar and they will most definitely damage your car DO NOT TRUST THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR OR TRUCK AWEFUL COMPANY AWEFUL PEOPLE AND THE OWNER IS VERY RUDEComplaints are also open with [redacted] - [redacted] of [redacted] - [redacted] off [redacted] the list will continue as we make very sure this company will not rip off another customerProduct_Or_Service: Auto transportDesired SettlementDamage paid for [redacted] they are lying trying to say damage was there when they did it loading and unloading the car I have eye witnesses and the adjuster even agreed it was from transport they have huge deductible so they have to pay and won't. If this doesn't work we will file suitBusiness Response [redacted]Document Attached[redacted]To whom it may Concern:We did our best to process this claim but unfortunately couldn't get proper paperwork from [redacted]. To file a claim a #1 and the most important that we ask is for a Bill of Lading from Pick up and delivery . Bill of Lading is proof of damages . The Bill of Lading consists of 3 ply carbonless pages. 1st front page stays with drive at all times. Before loading the vehicle an inspection s done for pre existing damages everything is marked on BOL. Last page of BOL is given to customer after signature and again that's before loading. Next step drivers loads and heads for his delivery . At delivery customer accepts vehicle and checks for any extra damages, if there is any marks them on BOL and gets the middle ply copy. To File a claim we have to all 3 parts of BOL. One from pick up to see damages that were already there, one from driver and one from delivery to compare all three and see what was extra that was added. Customer [redacted] refuses to send in his BOLs; instead he calls and calls our staff names. Drivers statement states that Customer [redacted] notes the same damage that was marked before loading on BOL. Claim was processed and closed due Costumer [redacted] refused to participate and provide the proper proof of paperwork for a claim.If at any time Mr.[redacted] decides to provide those for us we will reopen the claim and will proceed to the next step.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) First of all that is childish about name calling this is business not some game you are playing Your driver never left a copy of BOL The car was new with no damage your company has damaged the car with complete disregaurd. My attorney has sent you notice with no response, the DOT has been notified and a complaint filed, the [redacted] have complaints filed and my attoney is currently filing suit You will not get away with damaging my car without correcting it
