A1 Access Directory Inc

A1 Access Directory Inc contacted me by phone, and started asking some quick yes or no questions which answered all with yeses. About a month later I get another call telling me that I am late on our invoice payment of a two year contract for online ads that is worth around 400 dollars. I tell them I don't remember signing up for this, they tell me that they have a recorded voice message of our conversation on the 31st of October that I agreed to it. When I tell them I want to cancel the phone representative tells me that they just can't for the order had already been placed. I ask to see these online ads, they tell me the ad can be seen on their website. I check their website and it is just a listing of my restaurant with a google map. I ask if I can terminate this order, they tell me no but that it can be canceled after a year has passed and I would have only payed 300 dollars.
