A new window was installed on 2/25/14. It was a very bright sunny day, so when I inspected the window it looked fine. Two days later, a very overcast day, I was looking out the window and noticed a scratch. I have phoned the company 3 times. Once on 2/27/14, again in March, and the third time on 4/1/14.
