A Tri State Liquid Waste

The company left a loaner motor for our septic system in April 2012, taking our motor with them for diagnostics. The motor they left did not work, we did not pass inspection. Months later, the company billed us for a new motor, even though they had left a used, non-working motor. They gave us the option of paying to get our motor back or paying over $500 for the "new" motor. We requested a warranty and other purchase documents at typically come with the "new" motor. None were provided. The company then hired a lawyer to threaten to sue us for the cost of a "new" motor. We paid and again requested the warranty information on the motor so that we can at least recoup our loss for the purchase or get a warranted repair. No response from the company.
