Chris and Guy just finished a second painting project for me - neat, professional paint job, nice clean up, reasonable price Everything was done as I requestedI will employ them for additional projects
Guy Malanson responded to my call right way They arrived on time and got the job done Both Guy and Chris are good workers, and I would call them again*** *** **
A Touch of Gray came recommended to us by the Visiting Nurses Association--my 73-year-old mother was recovering from a fall, and we knew we needed to modify the bathroom so she could take a shower more safelyWe needed handrails installed, and a new showerhead with attachment addedWhen I called, Guy was very friendly and enthusiastic --I could tell right away, here was someone who loved his workHe was very communicative and fair, and was great with follow-up, as was his associate, ChrisWhen I spoke to Chris to talk about the details of the job, he said, "Since I'm not coming for a few days, take a look around the house and see if there's anything else that needs doing that I can help out with--while I'm there, may as well get the most out of me! And save a trip at another timeJust text me and let me know if there's any additional things, just so I can make sure to have the right equipment and materials."
I texted Chris and told him we'd like to add recaulking of the tub, and fixing a ceiling fanHe said, no problem, he'd make sure to have caulk on handWhen he got here and started the job, he realized he needed more caulk, so he went to the hardware store to get some-- and he did not charge me any extra time to do it, nor anything additional for the cost of the extra caulkChris was quick, professional, and very kind, and he finished the job beautifully, and came in at the quoted price, which was extremely reasonableI told him I would gladly recommend A Touch of Gray to anyone I knew who needed some handyman work done around the houseOf course, even when one has the best of intentions, a lack of follow-through can trip one upSo when Guy just called me and asked if I would visit Revdex.com.org and give his company a review, I dashed to the computer and pulled up the site before I even got off the phone with him, basically dropping everything to write this reviewThese guys are that good!! I was so satisfied with my experience that I wanted to be sure to spread the good word, as I had initially said I wouldHire them!! You'll be glad you did
