A to Z Moving and Driving

I hired A to Z Moving and Driving to perform moving services on July 5, 2013. Two representatives of A to Z Moving and Driving, [redacted] and [redacted], arrived at my home to load belongings onto a rented U-Haul truck. Upon arrival, they asked if I could provide them with a furniture dolly, as they had broken their equipment on their just previously completed job. I indicated that I did not own any furniture moving equipment, and they said that they could still complete the move and proceeded to do so. After loading my belongings into the truck, they followed me to my new home to unload the belongings into the house. During the process of moving into the new home, the two representatives of A to Z Moving and Driving caused extensive damage to both my home and to a wooden armoire piece of furniture.The armoire had wooden legs broken completely off of it, and wooden sides broken on two sides, as well as extensive damage underneath the armoire. Because of this, the armoire was no longer able to stand up without falling and was unusable. Additionally, A to Z Moving and Driving workers created seven holes and deep scratches to drywall in my home, a large tear in a couch, damage to a drop ceiling grid in the basement, and various large indents and scratches to paint on walls and handrails.
