A to Z Discount Quick Printing

Review: I called and requested a quote for 4x6 postcards. I was given a price and was then told to send any artwork that I had. I emailed the artwork and they sent back a proof. Never once did they tell me that they were changing the size. Apparently my artwork was designed for 3x5 and they did not tell me this. The whole time I had requested 4x6 and they failed to point out the problem. After I received the cards I called back. I was told they would check into it and call. They replied with an email stating it was my fault and that if I wanted them reprinted I would have to send new artwork and pay again. Not gonna happen. I tried to use a local company to support local business and look what happened. These cards are terrible. They are much thinner and much smaller than any other cards I have ever ordered. I will not be using or recommending this company.Desired Settlement: I want my cards re-printed as ordered at no additional cost to me.
