A to Z Appliance and Plumbing was out twice to repair a drierEven after replacing a part and the drier was deemed repaired, it didn't workAnother appliance repair company was called in and was able to diagnose and repair the drierMy take is that A to Z doesn't keep up with technologyIf you have a newer product with electronics, I would advise against using them
