I used this company to send a box to Colombia on July 27th. A month after my box never arrived and the nightmare begun, I started calling them to find out what was going on and they started ditching my calls, and lying to me. The person in Colombia that I sent the box to contacted the manager of the company *** ( I tried talking to him and he never answered me) and this guy started to lye to her, saying that the box was retained by customs in Colombia. Then after another month of no answers or box he finally admitted that the box never left USA, so that meant that they lost it in their store or even worst, they stole it. But that wasn't the end, I needed to claim the insurance money that will never replace the sentimental value of my box, and all the time that I lost trying to find what happened with the package, and again it was the same game. No answer, putting you on hold, it was like I was begging for something that they did. Finally I got $100 back bu take into consideration that I payed $55 to send the package, so towards the end they disappeared my package in their office, played with my time and the feelings of my family that were expecting the package and lied to me. I don't think is fair with the costumers to go through this and then I found out reviews online that they are doing the same to them. This is not a reliable company and someone has to do something about it

Refund I need them to accept that they are lairs, that they never offered me any document to see my tracking number because online it didn't work, and that they accept to refund more money for all the inconvenience and time that they have costed me. Refund of $200 more.
I sent a box with them to Venezuela, they made me buy insurance to insure the merchandise that went inside. the box arrived at its destination open and without some clothes, with an approximate value of $ 180. When I call to make the claim they tell me that their claims take more than 20 days and that if I do not have photos of the garments that got lost they can not do anything. I ask for the insurance and they tell me that it was not covered, which if they had offered me at the time of sending the boxes, otherwise I would not have bought it. I feel really scammed!
