On April 12, we received a letter from the Revdex.com office about a complaint filed on 3/25/from [redacted] ***The complaint filed was regarding apparent "repair issues" from when she had brought her car infor vehicle diagnostics on August 25, According to our service records, upon visiting our shop we usedour OBD II diagnostic scan tool to run a complete engine check up of all vehicle parameters within the ECU(on-board vehicle computer)Our shop has been in business for over years at this location, with the same$hourly labor rateMy technician spent over an hour working on her vehicle and finding things that weregoing to need to be serviced in the near future, and finding the cause for the illumination check engine light.After scanning the vehicle and finding other recommendations, the technician presented her with the findingsand we had gone over with her what needed to be done to get her vehicle running correctly againShe had askedfor a diagnostic, and that is what we had doneThe technician spent over an hour looking over the vehicle topand bottom, and she was only charged for one hour [redacted] makes references that "( )stop them from takingadvantage of THE SENIORS& WOMEN.", and that is far from what we do here at A&T Auto Care CenterWehad spoken verbally regarding approximate cost for repairs as she statesThat price is including parts, labor,and re-testing included in price quote, along with warranty orpa.its and laborWe will not give a refund,because we have done what was asked of us by herWe are a reputable company and stand behind our word.We do NOT intend to put people in debt or make them sufferWe ARE professionals, and will remain as so.Thank you for your concern
