AT&T is the absolute worst company to deal with as far as internet and cable services! They increase your bill at their will and then when confronted with their customers service department they can not explain why! The customer service employees will change things in your account and lie to you saying that will make corrections changes to you account that is due to you and instead they will ignore them! It is sad because they are the main and largest carrier and they know this and do not care about their customers! if we could switch we would unfortunately they are currently the only carrier we have in our area! If you have options besides AT&T do yourself a favor and run! Choose a different provider please, please save yourself the headache and the money!
WORST cellular provider ever. Customer service is just as rotten as their actual cellular service. I had 3 customer service reps tell me I WASN'T getting my BOGO deal on my phone (which I purchased two qualifying devices in the appropriate time period), then they dragged me along for 2 weeks telling me it kept getting delayed, ONLY TO TELL ME I'VE BEEN GETTING THE CREDIT ALL ALONG, WHICH WAS NOT VISIBLE ON MY BILL.
Lets also talk about how AT&T's wireless service is so crappy that I have better reception INSIDE THE LINCOLN TUNNEL than ANYWHERE in Manhattan.
This was my first time with AT&T and I am counting down the days until I can ditch this garbage and go back to Verizon.
I have had to call them literally over 30 times since I signed up with them in June 2016. This is awful. DO NOT GET CELLULAR SERVICE THROUGH AT&T. NOT WORTH A SINGLE DIME.
We were promise one price for our bundle of direct tv, internet and phone. We have had to call every month to get the right price. Now we are receiving letters stating we are in arears. This is so exasperating to deal with this company and to think we have about 18 months to go!
On June 17, 2017 while on vacation I stopped at this store and purchased a car charger. I went out to my vehicle and realized it wouldn't work. I went back inside and asked for a refund. I was told it would be put back on my card within 24 hours. I have not yet received my refund. I have called this store 5 time's trying to get this resolved. I always ask for the manager but they are never in. I get a different story about where my money will be returned every time I call. I think I have been more than patient over this matter. My refund is $40.13. It might not seem like a lot of money to some but it is to me. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
The customer received a refunded in cash, not on the card used. We also contacted her to explain what happened and credited her wireless account $45.
