All County was paid to replace evaporator coils and neglected to follow manufacture guidelines resulting in the system being lost
On 6/20/2016, All County was hired as part of a home inspection due to heat pumps not coolingMrG*** stated he "bet" it was the evaporator coils since Goodman has had issues with themMrG*** later stated both evaporator coils needed to be replaced and was hired to do so at the total of $(Downstairs Coil/ Air Handler ***)
We assumed everything was fine as they got us through the summer and were not used much in the fallIn the winter both heat pumps began to operate on Emergency HeatMrG*** was called on 12/15/and he arranged a time to comeMrG*** proceeded to inspect both units and began to charge the downstairs unit with a white Freon can and had it turned upside down (Turing upside down sends liquid refrigerant into your heat pump's compressor, destroying your heating and cooling system)MrG*** stated "it i
