A Step Above Bridal

My son was engaged to be married November 30, 2012.His fiance decided to buy her dress from A Step Above Bridal. It was beautiful.They also rent tuxes for the groomsmen so my son decided to rent from them.My younger son was in the bridal party and my husband was wearing a tux also. We had to pay half up front-so my son paid around $85. When it came time to pay for my husband I thought I would be nice and pay for my sons tux also in full. So I put both tuxes on my credit card. Then I come to find out that my son had already paid the $85 deposit. Ok no problem I will let them know what happened and they will send a refund. Well, still have not see a check yet-I have been calling-they said they will send a check right away-wait awhile no check-I call about 4 times a month-leave messages etc. Now $85 may not seem like a lot to most people-but it is to me and I have been way too nice believing they will send me my check. Enough is enough! I hope you can help resolve this problem.Thank You,[redacted]
