job. I have team members who were the whole way and can verify that I was there to meet with the customer as well. The customer was honored a [redacted] worth 2500.00 as well as a 5% military discount. Customer is dishonest and unethical and isn’t deserving of any rebates. Job was performed over two months ago and I walked the job and she was satisfied. I’m happy to produce any necessary signed documents for illustrative purposes. 0
