I contacted Wain Security DBA A Sound Alternative for an alarm on a vacant home I inherited. In- stead of a contract I agreed to pay $400.00 fee and the monthly charge. When the home was sold and alarm removed, [redacted] continued to debit my checking account. I would call each time and he would tell me he would talk to the bookkeeper. PNC bank reversed the charge from July 1st but wouldn't go back to the May 1st or June 1st of 2013. The $30 fee with tax was $ 32.31 for a total of $ 64.62. [redacted] always tell me I'll have my refund in a couple of days but it never arrives.On Yelp and other sites it states A Sound Alternative is accredited with the Revdex.com but your site says it is not member. Something to look into.Please help me get my refund Thanks,[redacted]
