He is very unorganized and unmotivated. Made promises and never kept them. Did not clean up after himself and his equipment broke down several times. He left my yard and my neighbors yard with lots of damage and did not fix anything. Very unprofessional and no follow through.

Would not recommend! Did a lot of damage to the property and he is not motivated to do the repairs. Tells you want you want to hear but when it comes to actually showing up he is a no show. One month later I still have the damage. He has now resorted to name calling when we try to make contact on the issue or will just hang up on us. Very Very poor customer service! Looks like we will be paying for his damage.

I posted an ad on Craigslist looking for a chimney removal.
The same night I received condescending messages via text message from a representative of A Shade Better Tree Company out of Janesville.
They stated my ad was a "[redacted] joke" and continued to be rude throughout the conversation.
