Review: I ordered stadium cups to distribute to potential clients. I received the cups and immediately realized that they were incorrect. This is the 1st time that I have ordered from this company and I am extremely displeased with the printing and they included a design on the cups that I did not authorize. After seeing the poor quality of the cups, I immediately requested a refund since I will not associate our company's name with poor product. They refused to give me a refund and instead offered me a 40% discount on a new order. If I didn't like the quality before, I do not want new ones. This company will not receive any additional business from us and I would request that they have a supervisor rectify the situation with a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money since I will not be able to utilize the product for intended purposes.

Please see below:We are sorry that this customer was not happy with the order. However, this complaint is the first time that the customer mentioned any dissatisfaction with the printing quality. Rather, the customer objected to the design that was included on the cups, allegedly without authorization. As we pointed out to the customer, this design was noted on the order at the time of check-out and detailed in the confirmation email sent immediately after check-out, and the customer did not object or request a refund in response to either. Because the cups were printed in accordance with the order as placed on our site without objection, they do not fall within our return policy. We offered the customer a 40% discount on a replacement order as a courtesy. As is evidenced by our excellent record on Revdex.com.org and other review websites, our customers have been very happy with the quality of our products over the years.

I was trying to figure out a way to respond to you and I didn't have a return email. I am not satisfied with their response because I can not use these cups. I offered to return them for a new order of cups and they refused. With regards to approving the order, there was no photo of the product to approve, only numbers so I wouldn't have known that there was an incorrect design added to them.
I am very displeased with their response to me via their customer service and through their "offer".
