A & S Building Systems

I had Contracted with [redacted] Building Systems to build a home and numerous items were missed and I had to contract with another contractor to do the repairs. I had deducted these repairs from the bill and paid the bill complete. After the bill was paid, they sent an addtional items that were added in the contract, in which I agreed to pay, but they refuse to give me a lien wavier on the house unless I pay for the addtional money that I had to pay the other contractor. After many calls to [redacted] the owner, I have never received a call back to resolve the problem. The bill comes down to $414.00 with deductions, I agreed to pay for that bill, but not the $273 for shortages and carpenter repairs.
