We Chartered Fabulous Coach twice. Both times we had a horrible experience. The first time the Owner asked us to give him another chance and the service was worst than the first time. There was no air on the bus, the heat could not be turned off. We had 3 passengers who became sick on the bus. One bus driver was falling asleep while he was driving, after he slept most of the way, the other driver had to take over driving. They opened the emergency area and it began to rain, they didn't stop the bus for over 20 miles and many people had to move up front while their items got wet. The bus was over an hour late picking us up to go to Miami. I spoke with the Owner [redacted] and he said he would speak with me after our trip, I called once we made it home and he basically brushed us off.
